Do you take insurance?
At this time we do not accept insurance. We are solely private pay only. However, we are happy to offer a Superbill monthly.
Is an evaluation necessary?
Initial evaluations are important to determine the individual needs of each client. Therefore, an initial evaluation is necessary to provide the best therapy possible.
When is payment due?
Payment is due promptly at the time of the session.
Do you provide The LOUD Crowd® group sessions?
At this time we do not provide The LOUD Crowd®. However, we are working to be able to provide these groups virtually soon!
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation of therapy sessions is required with 24 hour notice. No show sessions are billed for the full amount of the session.
What is a Superbill?
A Superbill is an itemized list of services provided to the client which can then be delivered to your insurance company to be utilized in gaining reimbursement.
